How do I start bidding on your auctions?
The first step to bidding on one of the Timeless Auctions online auctions is to register as a bidder. Do so by clicking the Register button in the website menu or simply CLICK HERE, registration is free.
If you are already a registered user, simply login to your account by clicking on the Login link in the website menu above or just CLICK HERE.
Once logged in, familiarise yourself with the Timeless Auctions Website and auction system, further detailed information on how our auctions work can be found by CLICKING HERE.
What guarantees do you provide to ensure the safety and integrity of your auction system?
For buyers/bidders, Timeless Auctions personally assesses and values all items put up for auction to make sure what is offered is in line with our high standards of quality.
Furthermore, our IT team rigorously vets bids put through our system to make sure that unfair bidding practices are nipped in the bud.
We also have methods in place such as antisniping systems to ensure unfair bidding practices such as last second bids are effectively dealt with.
Are there any other fees I need to be aware of other than the 'Buy It Now' price or the winning bid price?
There are no additional fees related to the actual online auction that buyers need to be aware of BUT additional fees may be incurred with regards to transportation and/or delivery of products if a buyer is unable to collect at their own personal expense.
Do you have any systems in place to prevent auction sniping?
Yes, the duration of an auction is automatically extended if last second bids appear just before an auction ends.
What if I want to buy the product now and bypass the auction process?
If the seller allows it, an auction may have a ‘ Buy It Now option that will allow you as a buyer to bypass the auction process by immediately paying the seller’s asking price.
How I pay for items after I win an auction?
After winning an auction, a member of our team will reach out to you to arrange collection or delivery of the auctioned item. The preferred method of payment is US$ cash, but depending on the seller’s requirements exceptions can be made for other payment methods: Ecocash, Nostro, EFT, Paypal etc

What do I need to do to get my product listed in an auction?
Given the nature of the items we list on our website (high-end, high-value collectables) all items need to be professionally assessed by our team before they can be listed for auction. What do you charge to list products in an online auction?
Our auction listing fees vary depending on a number of factors, speak to us today to find out exactly how much it will cost to list your items in our auction.
Can I request that my product not be sold under a specific threshold/price?
You can request that your item not be sold below a certain price, known as Reserve Price. You can also request that a Buy It Now option be used, this will allow an interested buyer to immediately purchase the item at your specified price without having to bid for it in an auction.
Why can't I just list my own goods for sale on the website, why do you have to do it for me?
